Manage Your Kathaipetti Subscription in the Mobile App

You can view, update, or cancel your Kathaipetti subscription directly from the mobile app. Follow the steps below to manage your account.

Open the App & Navigate to Subscription

Launch the Kathaipetti app, sign in with the account tied to your subscription, tap Settings on the bottom right, and then open the Subscription section on that page.

View Your Subscription Details

Inside the Subscription screen you’ll find everything related to your plan in one place:

  • Your current plan
  • Subscription status and days remaining
  • Billing cycle (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
  • Next renewal date
  • Payment method used (UPI, Card, Wallet etc.)
  • A Manage Subscription button for plan changes or cancellations
  • This screen always reflects your latest subscription information.

Update Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime directly inside the app.

  • Tap “Manage Subscription” inside the Subscription section
  • Choose from the available subscription options
  • Review the plan details
  • Confirm the change
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Cancel Your Subscription

Cancellation is available in the Subscription screen. Follow these steps:

  • Go to Subscription
  • Tap “Manage Subscription”
  • Choose “Cancel Subscription”
  • Review the confirmation message
  • Tap “Confirm Cancelation”
  • You keep access until your current billing period ends.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • You may reactivate at any time.
  • If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel through: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Reactivate Your Subscription

If your subscription has expired or was cancelled, open the Subscription screen again and:

  • Tap “Manage Subscription”
  • Tap “Renew Subscription”
  • Select your preferred plan
  • Complete the payment process
  • Your access is restored immediately after successful payment.
