Before any story is published on the platform, it undergoes a thorough internal review process to ensure it aligns with our child-friendly and culturally respectful content guidelines.

Voice Data Collection & Use

Kathaipetti allows users to upload and record voice data—such as a parent’s or loved one’s voice—to personalize storytelling experiences. This voice data, including any personal information shared within the audio, is collected solely for creating custom voice models and generating audio narration for your stories. These models are processed using secure, AI-based technologies and are never used to infer personal traits. Users have full control over their voice content and recordings; Kathaipetti will never share, clone, or make a voice publicly available without explicit user consent. We do not use voice data for targeted profiling and take steps to de-identify any personal identifiers in training processes when used to improve our services. All voice models and audio files remain user-owned and user-controlled—you may access, delete, or revoke consent for use of your voice data at any time via your account settings.

Kathaipetti is owned and operated by Vinrag Media Private Limited, a company registered in India. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kathaipetti website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies (together referred to as the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes are posted implies your acceptance.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Kathaipetti is designed for parents or guardians supervising children’s use.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or make purchases.
